so, united needed a result from wigan in order for us to still take the BPL crown. 8-0 thrashing by chelsea just might be the farthest away, the biggest scoreline that they can ever can a result from. chelsea beat wigan, and although united win at home to stoke, chelsea still won the crown, and deservedly so might i say. united lacked in a few areas this season, particularly in defence. when all but 2 defenders was fit way back early in the season, the problems surfaced. that, as well as the defeat to aston villa after chelsea drew to everton was, in my opinion, the turning point of the season for untied, not the loss of tevez, nor ronaldo. so it'll be a few weeks without much football after this until world cup starts. so here i'd like to congratulate chelsea on their BPL win, and i bet, us united, led still by alex ferguson will come back fighting even stronger than ever next season for the crown. it has been a good season. can't wait till the next one starts.
