so it has been a very long time since my last post. im not quite the blogger i used to be back then nowadays. infact i only check my blog once in a blue moon. and most of the times i check out my blog, i dont really feel like posting anything up. but hey, since it was way back last year since my last post, i would like to post one today.
so, the last post was on august 1st, 2009. today is january 16th, 2010. a lot had happened. and there's a new year celebration in between these posts too. by saying a lot had happened, i really mean it. i finished another semester at taylors, i went to world stage with my girlfriend, farah atiqah, ive spent two thirds of my summer holidays already, i went for a low key new year celebration, i went to singapore, and many, many more, what i exeprienced are not only ups, downs are included as well since august 1st.
currently, am preparing myself for my transfer to adelaide. ill be heading to adelaide in february. i got my visa, passport and flight all done. my place at the university set, a place to stay in adelaide all booked. and for now, its time for me to brace myself and make myself ready, to begin a new chapter in my life, to soak in the Australian culture, to experience living overseas all on my own. i have been overseas on my own before this, but only for a few days during vacations. now it's a totally different story. i'll be heading there for at least one and a half years.
there will be a lot of things to be missed here in malaysia, that's for sure. and the thought of leaving all those behind sometimes makes me scared of going. but then again, there is a lot of things to look forward to in Adelaide aint it not ? and the prospect of those things that i, myself am not sure what is it yet, makes me excited to be heading there. i would like to think that my stay there will be fun, for now im not sure yet how will it go. and i would like to come back here to malaysia, with the degree that ive earned tagging along with me. =)
who knows, the next time i update my blog, i might already be in australia. =)
